On August 30, 2024, I, Deputy Knox, was working a football game at Adena High School when I was called in reference to an accident in the parking lot on High St in Frankfort, Ohio. Upon arrival, I found Kaitlyn Self sitting on her 2009 gray Honda. She explained that she was hit in the back passenger door. The other car was driven by Kaylee Starr. Her car is a 2012 Ford. Kaylee said she was backing out of a parking space when she hit a car. Both drivers exchanged information, and no injuries were reported. Photographs were taken by the parents.

The vehicle’s speed was checked at 99 mph in a posted 70 mph zone. A traffic stop was conducted, and a citation was issued.
