HOCKING COUNTY, Ohio — A Madison County man was killed over the weekend in a fatal motorcycle crash in Hocking County.
According to the Athens Post of the Ohio Highway Patrol, 27-year-old Jeremy J. Alder was traveling along Route 56, operating a 2016 Yamaha MT-07. Alder was traveling westbound when he reportedly failed to negotiate a curve, veering off the left side of the road and striking two parked vehicles.
He was transported to Hocking Valley Community Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
The crash remains under investigation.
