WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE, Ohio – The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office has arrested two suspects in connection with the October 20, 2024, armed robbery at the Flagway (Cruz Thru) convenience store on N. North Street in Washington Court House. Crystal L. Myers, 26, of Washington Court House, has been charged with Aggravated Robbery and Theft, both felony offenses, for her alleged role in the incident.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, detectives obtained investigative leads that led to a search warrant being executed at Myers’ residence on Hickory Lane on Wednesday. During the search, evidence believed to be connected to merchandise taken from Flagway was reportedly recovered.
In addition to Myers, authorities also arrested 29-year-old Isaac J. Weigel, who resides with Myers. Weigel has been charged with Obstructing Official Business during the course of the investigation.
Both Myers and Weigel remain in custody at the Fayette County Jail. The investigation is ongoing, with additional assistance from the Fayette County Prosecutor’s Office, and detectives indicate that further charges may be forthcoming as they continue their efforts to gather evidence related to the case.
