PORTSMOUTH, Ohio – Scioto County Prosecutor Shane A. Tieman announced Tuesday that the September term of the Scioto County Grand Jury convened on November 15, 2024, returning 15 public indictments. The individuals indicted face charges ranging from drug possession and trafficking to domestic violence and weapons violations.
