CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Ross County property owners who wish to challenge their property valuations for tax purposes are now invited to apply for the 2025 Board of Revision hearings, according to Ross County Auditor Jeff Lehner.
The hearings provide property owners the opportunity to dispute the county’s property valuations. Applications must be submitted to the Auditor’s Office by March 31, 2025, as required by state law. After the deadline, the Auditor’s Office will review applications and schedule hearings for June and July.
The Auditor’s Office has assured that all eligible applicants will have the chance to attend a hearing, with accommodations for scheduling conflicts and rescheduling if necessary.
