PICKAWAY COUNTY, Ohio — A section of the Williamsport village’s water system was temporarily shut down for repairs today, leading to a boil advisory for residents and businesses along North and South Water Street.
The water outage impacted the area from South Water Street at the bank to North Water Street at the Main Street intersection. Crews have since completed repairs, but officials have issued a boil alert as a precaution.
According to village officials, residents in the affected area should boil all drinking and cooking water until further notice.
