While investigating a disorderly conduct report at 169 Hirn Street, officers discovered Enddasey Banks hiding in a tote inside a closet. Banks was found to have four active warrants and was taken into custody.

Traffic Violation on East Water Street

Officers stopped a vehicle near N Bridge Street and E Water Street after identifying driver Terry Stokley, who was operating the vehicle on a non-compliance suspension with expired registration. Stokley was cited.
