SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio — In South Webster, a violent altercation on Sunday led to the hospitalization of four individuals and the arrest of two residents, Russell D. Slone Jr., 45, and Tiffany Slone, 36. Scioto County Sheriff David Thoroughman reported that the incident occurred after a 911 call made at 12:56 pm from 68 South Bennett St. alerted authorities to a woman making threats towards her neighbor.
As deputies rushed to the scene, they were informed that the situation had escalated into physical violence, resulting in two people being cut with a knife and two others assaulted. Upon arrival, four ambulances were dispatched to transport the victims to Southern Ohio Medical Center, where they were treated and released.

The investigation, which extended to the hospital, concluded with the arrest of the Slones on charges including Felonious Assault and Strangulation, along with two counts of Domestic Violence. Both appeared in Portsmouth Municipal Court on Monday, March 17 and are being held on a $75,000 bond each at the Scioto County Jail.
