CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Chillicothe High School is inviting employers, businesses, outreach programs, and local organizations to participate in its Keys to Success Ambassadors Resource Fair, aimed at connecting students with valuable opportunities. The event is scheduled for Friday, April 25, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Hatton Gym at Chillicothe High School, located at 421 Yoctangee Parkway.

The resource fair, designed to support teens in building their futures, will provide students with access to career and educational resources while fostering meaningful connections with community partners. Setup for the event begins at 10:30 a.m., and participants are asked to use the school parking lot off Kopp Road, accessible from the Yoctangee Park Annex, for entry.

“We are looking for employers, businesses, outreach programs, and local organizations that provide valuable opportunities and support for teens,” the school announced in a letter to potential participants. The event will also feature a scavenger hunt, and organizers are seeking prize donations to encourage student engagement.

Businesses or organizations interested in setting up a table at the fair must complete a participation form and return it via email by April 4, 2025. The form asks for the company or organization name, contact person, phone number, email, and whether the participant will bring prizes or tables.

For more information or to sign up, contact Vicki Bartlett, Keys to Success Coordinator, at (740) 253-4742 or vicki.bartlett@ccsd.us. The event is being organized under the leadership of Superintendent Deborah Swinehart.

Chillicothe High School officials expressed enthusiasm for the event, emphasizing its potential to make a lasting impact on students’ futures. “We truly appreciate your support and look forward to working with you,” Bartlett said in the announcement.
