Police responded to Izzy’s Gas Station on N Paint St at 2:56 p.m. in reference to a subject with an outstanding warrant. The investigation remains ongoing.

Domestic Dispute on Park St

A domestic dispute occurred between Robert and Shiann Althouse at 142 Park St at 3:33 p.m. Both individuals were separated and warned for disorderly conduct. The case remains under investigation.

Credit Card Misuse Report on Park St

Case Number: PD-P2501707

While resolving a separate domestic issue at 142 Park St at 4:10 p.m., police received a report from Tina Estep alleging unauthorized use of her credit card by Shiann Althouse to activate a phone. Investigation is ongoing.

Theft and Trespassing at Wal-Mart

At 4:15 p.m., police responded to Wal-Mart on River Trace Ln after a report of criminal trespass in a restricted area and theft by deception. The case remains under investigation.

Disorderly Conduct on S Sugar St

Officers were dispatched to 88 S Sugar St at 4:33 p.m. in relation to a disorderly conduct complaint involving a reported trespass. Investigation continues.

Reckless Driving at Los Mariachis

At 6:11 p.m., police responded to 646 Central Center (Los Mariachis) following a reckless driver report. A suspect was investigated for obstructing official business and intoxicated disorderly conduct.

Traffic Violation at E 8th and S Bridge

Officers were dispatched to a property damage accident at E 8th and S Bridge St at 8:10 p.m., stemming from a failure to stay in marked lanes. Investigation is underway.

Warrant Arrest on S Watt St

At 9:30 p.m., a male subject requesting transport to a shelter on S Watt St was identified as Randy Demmery, who was arrested on an active warrant for failure to appear on a disorderly conduct charge.

Police responded to Chillicothe Post Acute at 1058 Columbus St at 11:16 p.m. for a welfare check that resulted in an arrest for criminal trespass and an outstanding warrant.
