CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — A quiet evening in Chillicothe turned chaotic Saturday when a local man, Peter Woods, found himself targeted by a dramatic confrontation involving not one, but two ex-girlfriends, who allegedly unleashed a torrent of harassment outside his new home on U.S. Route 23, law enforcement records show. The encounter, marked by screaming, rock-throwing, and chilling threats about Woods’ identity being “sold,” has left the community buzzing.

According to a police report, Woods, who recently moved to the residence, was startled by loud yelling outside his home on Saturday. Stepping outside, he was confronted by Erica Souders and Rachel Abbott, both ex-girlfriends, he said, who had parked in front of his house and were shouting aggressively. The pair’s behavior escalated, with Woods reporting they hurled rocks at his house. In a bold move, Woods claimed Souders attempted to enter his home but was thwarted, unable to gain access.

Woods told deputies this was not an isolated incident, describing a pattern of relentless harassment from Souders and Abbott that has plagued him for some time. The situation took a darker turn when Woods, in a follow-up call to deputies, revealed a disturbing claim: both women allegedly taunted him with threats that he would “go missing soon” because they had “sold his identity.” While Woods could not provide specifics on what this meant, the ominous statement added a layer of menace.

Further fueling the drama, Woods played a voicemail for deputies, allegedly sent by Souders from an unknown number. The recording captured a woman’s voice, seething with anger and sobbing, hurling profanities and vitriol, including the phrase, “fuck you mother fucker I hope you die.” Deputies could not locate Souders to question her.

Despite the alarming behavior, Woods declined to press charges or seek a trespass order against Souders or Abbott.
