JACKSON, Ohio — A Jackson County man has been indicted on 21 felony counts related to child pornography following a grand jury review last month.
Larry Roger Adkins Jr. was indicted Nov. 24 on 20 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and one count of tampering with evidence, according to records filed in Jackson County Common Pleas Court. The alleged conduct occurred between April 6 and Nov. 17, 2025.
The pandering charges include a mix of second‑degree and fourth‑degree felonies. The tampering with evidence charge, a third‑degree felony, accuses Adkins Jr. of altering or concealing material during an active investigation on Aug. 9, 2025.

Adkins Jr. appeared for arraignment on Dec. 1, 2025, where he pleaded not guilty. The court set bond at $1 million, allowing release on 10 percent, and records show he posted $100,000 to be released from custody. The arraignment order placed him on house arrest with GPS monitoring and prohibited him from using internet‑capable devices, contacting minors, entering bars, or leaving Ohio without permission.

The case was presented to the grand jury at the request of the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office.
