CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — A Circleville man won $50,000 after playing the Ohio Lottery’s $10 scratch-off game, $500,000 Bankroll, lottery officials said this week.
The winner will receive $36,625 after 26.75% in mandatory state and federal tax withholding, according to the lottery.
The winning ticket was purchased at Kroger #844 on 175 Lancaster Pike in Circleville.
As of Jan. 2, the Ohio Lottery reports that two $500,000 top prizes and nine $50,000 second-tier prizes remain in the game.
