SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio — Scioto County Prosecutor Shane A. Tieman announced that the January term of the Scioto County Grand Jury met Feb. 6 and returned 15 public indictments.
Those indicted include:
Austin Arnold, 32, of Lucasville, who was charged with harassment with a bodily substance.
Jeremiah Baker, 23, of Lucasville, who was charged with harassment with a bodily substance.
Melissa Peck, 58, of West Portsmouth, who was indicted on three counts of telecommunications fraud, two counts of theft from a person in a protected class and one count of theft.
Sarah Smalley, 38, of Portsmouth, who was charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Courtney Chaffins, 28, of Huntington, West Virginia, who was indicted on charges including illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility, aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and possessing criminal tools.
Duran Woods, 38, of Toledo, who was indicted on charges of aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and possessing criminal tools.
Sebastian Bowling, 34, of Pikeville, Kentucky, who was charged with possession of marijuana and trafficking in marijuana.
Johnna Hopkins, 29, of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, who was charged with possession of marijuana and trafficking in marijuana.

Jason Stewart, 38, of Beckley, West Virginia, who was indicted on charges of aggravated trafficking in drugs and possession of marijuana.
Tavon Felder, 26, of Huntington, West Virginia, who was charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs, possession of marijuana, obstructing official business and assault.
Ashley Childers, 34, of West Portsmouth, who was indicted on charges of aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possessing criminal tools.
Wayne Olsen, 46, of Portsmouth, who was charged with theft.
Neal Wilson, 50, of Portsmouth, who was indicted on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs.
Gregory Davenport, 33, of Portsmouth, who was charged with possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
An indictment is a formal accusation and does not indicate guilt. All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
