Deputy Williamson activated overhead lights to initiate a traffic stop, resulting in an arrest for multiple charges including failure to comply with police signal, possessing drug abuse instruments, operating a motor vehicle with an invalid plate, drug paraphernalia, operating without a valid license, and defective muffler with excessive smoke.
