CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Emergency medical services were dispatched to the Kenworth Truck manufacturing plant on Kenworth Drive in Chillicothe just after 9:37 a.m. Wednesday, following a reported injury at the facility.
Medics were directed to one of the rear loading docks at the plant. The nature and severity of the injury are not yet known.

UPDATE: According to EMS officials, the worker was injured in a fall at the plant. They were transported to Adena Regional Medical Center in stable condition.
