CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Ross County emergency crews were dispatched to the 300 block of Apollo Lane on Thursday evening after a 15-year-old girl was reportedly shot in the neck with a BB gun and was actively bleeding, according to initial emergency radio traffic.
Radio traffic shortly before 6:45 p.m. requested two squads respond to the scene for the teen’s injury, according to the radio traffic.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting were not immediately clear from radio traffic monitored by the Scioto Valley Guardian, and no arrests or additional details were reported over the air as of Thursday evening.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
