CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The tennis and pickleball courts at Yoctangee Park will close for two days this week for final paint touchups, the city announced in a post.
The courts will be closed Thursday and Friday, Oct. 22-23, and are set to reopen Saturday, Oct. 24, according to the city.

The courts are part of a broader renovation at Yoctangee Park that has included new dedicated pickleball courts and resurfaced tennis courts, funded in part through an Appalachian Community Grant. The city held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the renovated courts on Oct. 5.
The project has run alongside other recent upgrades in the park, including new turf, sidewalks and flagpoles near the Armory and ongoing work on the park’s amphitheater and pavilion.
