LYNCHBURG, Ohio — The Lynchburg-Clay Board of Education will hold a special meeting Aug. 5 to formally accept the resignation of board member Rebecca Sanderson and begin discussing how to fill her vacant seat.
The meeting is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. at the Board of Education Building, according to a notice posted by the Lynchburg-Clay Local School District. Board members will discuss the steps for filling the vacancy left by Sanderson’s departure.
The district’s notice did not detail the reason for Sanderson’s resignation or how long she had served on the board.
