CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The Chillicothe Transit System will run a free shuttle to and from the Ross County Fair on weekdays during the second week of the fair, the city announced.
The Ross County Fair Shuttle will operate Monday through Friday, Aug. 10-14, with buses departing the Transit Hub at 575 E. Seventh St. at 10 a.m., 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., according to the city. In addition to the Transit Hub, the shuttle will stop at the Main Library, 140 S. Paint St., and the Municipal Lot at Water and Paint streets before continuing to the fairgrounds’ main entrance.

The rides are free, the city said. Riders with questions about the schedule can call the transit system at 740-773-1569.
The shuttle runs during the second half of the 82nd annual Ross County Fair, which opens Aug. 8 and continues through Aug. 15 at the Ross County Fairgrounds, 344 Fairgrounds Road.
