Evelyn Elaine Perry, 63, of Portsmouth passed away on Monday, August 31, 2026 at her residence. She was born on January 31, 1963 to the late John R Crabtree and the late Judith Irene Champliss Crabtree. On June 7, 2008, she was united in marriage to Jason Perry of Portsmouth. In addition to her husband, Evelyn is survived by her children; Shauna (Bobby) Crabtree of Rarden and Elizabeth Anne Toles of Portsmouth; grandchildren, Makayla VanHorn, Colton Burton, Piper Burton and Addison Burton; great-grandchildren, Easton Bink and Aliyah Bink; sisters, Barbara (Rob) Buckner, Johanna West and Peggy Rollins all of Indiana. In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by her sister Linda Earlywine.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 3, 2026 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway with Jeremy Bender officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
