PORTSMOUTH, Ohio — Portsmouth police are asking the public for help finding a 17-year-old girl who has been missing since Saturday afternoon.
Shawna Stevens was last seen around 3:05 p.m. Sept. 12 in the 1700 block of Williams Street, the Portsmouth Police Department said in a Facebook post. She was wearing all black clothing, including a black hoodie, when she was last seen.
Police described Stevens as 5-foot-4 and approximately 199 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
