JEFFERSONVILLE, Ohio — Jeffersonville Village Council will consider an emergency amendment to the village’s Sugar Creek tax increment financing district and take a third reading on a community reinvestment area residential agreement when it meets at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
The meeting, set for the Village Office Building at 8 N. Main St., will take up a resolution amending Resolution 18-2026 for the Sugar Creek TIF and declaring an emergency, according to the council agenda. Council will also give a third reading to a community reinvestment area residential agreement, a step that typically precedes final passage.
Council is also scheduled to open bids for a 6-inch water main project and to consider a travel and tourism grant application due Nov. 23, the agenda shows. The meeting will also include approval of minutes from the council’s Sept. 10 session and routine review of village expenditures.
