Mildred Ann “Mickey” Adams, age 84, of Washington C.H., formerly of Frankfort, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, in the Adena Fayette Medical Center, Washington C.H. She was born on Sunday, May 31, 1942, in Ross County, a daughter of the late Earl Huey and Pansy Mae Evans Secrest.

She is survived by her children; Timothy (Tonya) Nesser of Olive Hill, KY, Jeffrey Nesser of Frankfort, Felicia Graham of Greenfield and Gregory Nesser of Elkins, AR, eight grandchildren; Elizabeth Nesser, Alexis Nesser, Kenny Nesser, Justin Wolfe, Ethan Nesser, Hailey Nesser, Abby Nesser and Brandon Nesser. Mickey is also survived by several great-grandchildren, one sister; Janet Lambert of Frankfort, three brothers, Wendell (Diane) Secrest of Mayock, North Carolina, Ted (Debbie) Secrest and Melvin (Mary Ann) Secrest all of Frankfort. She was preceded in death by a son-in-law; Jesse Hall, three sisters; Hazel Estep, Patricia Coy and Maxine Newman and two brothers; William and Jerry Secrest.

Mickey was a 1961 graduate of Frankfort High School. She retired from the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Chillicothe where she was a nursing assistant.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 1 p.m. in the Ebright Funeral Home, Frankfort with Brother David Jarrell officiating. Following the service, she will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. A time of visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
