James J. Kline, age 90, of Fruitland Park, Florida, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was born October 2, 1935, in Hanover, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Norman and Ethel (King) Kline.


James was a graduate of Eichelberger High School in Hanover, Pennsylvania, and proudly served his country in the United States Army.


James enjoyed spending his time visiting flea markets and antiquing. He appreciated the simple things in life and enjoyed making memories along the way. Above all else, James loved his family dearly. He cherished the time he spent with his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, and treasured every moment they were together.


James will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather. He will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew and loved him.


James is survived by his wife of 68 years, Millie Kline; three children, Kevin (Marilyn) Kline, Brad (Luz) Kline and Stephen (Ginny) Miller; nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren; a sister, Shirley Richards, and many nieces, nephews and friends.


In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two children, Karen Robinette and Kelvin Kline; two siblings, Norman Kline and Jean Pipkin.


Graveside services will take place at a later date in the New Market Cemetery. The Turner & Son Funeral Home is serving the family.
