Wayne W. “Bill” Johnson, age 82 of Hillsboro, passed away peacefully Sunday evening October 4, 2026 at the Hospice of Hope Inpatient Center inside the Adams County Regional Medical Center in Seaman. He was born June 26, 1944 in Frankfort, the son of the late Wayne E. and Adaline (Ferdon) Johnson. Mr. Johnson had retired after a long career as a truck driver. He is survived by a son, Richard Wayne Johnson; two grandchildren, Savannah Johnson and Sebastian Johnson; a great grandson, Oliver; a brother, James F. Davis; a special friend, Bootsie Bursk; as well as many other additional friends. In keeping with his wishes, he was cremated and all services will be private at the convenience of the family
