AARON CHRISTOPHER HARRIS, age 37, of Washington CH, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. His death was sudden and unexpected.
He was born on May 4, 1989 in Washington CH to Leonard Christopher and Stacie Lyn (Vollett) Harris. He attended Washington High School and obtained his GED through Southern State Community College. Aaron worked as a semi-truck driver for Swift Transportation out of Columbus. He enjoyed fishing, playing video games, softball, spending time with his family, and was an avid Ohio State fan.
Aaron was preceded in death by his grandfather, Don Vollett; grandmothers, Kathleen Walters, and Joyce Harris; and aunt, Kristina Hurtt.
Survivors include his parents, Leonard Harris and Stacie Harris; his loving wife, Brittani Nicole (Frederick) Harris, whom he married on January 14, 2014; children, Tierra Nicole Joyce Harris, and Takara Nicole Jean Harris; siblings, Sierra (Deylon) Watson, Savannah Harris, Payton Harris, and Errianna Stern; nephew, Levi Frederick; nieces, Deliah Watson, Deyneris Watson, Demari Watson, Chennedi Johnson, and Airis Jackson; mother-in-law, Becky (Jimmy) Frederick; aunt, P.K. (Barry) Harper; uncle, Greg Harris; cousins, Samuel Harper, Katelyn Harper, and Josh Faulkner; and special friend, Jarret Goss.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Evangelist June Lee officiating with burial to follow at the Highlawn Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
