WILMINGTON, Ohio — The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a flash flood warning for Jackson, and Vinton counties until 11 p.m.
According to NWS, thunderstorms have dumped heavy rain across the area. Some area’s have seen two-to-four inches of rain already.
NWS wants to remind residents that if you see high water, turn around, and don’t drown.
