UPDATE 7:50 PM: The fire department has cleared the scene, but the fire chief remained to investigate. Business owner Tracey Hixon said her husband will survive the serious burn injuries caused to his hand. She said that their business is severely impacted. While some office equipment inside can be used, the shop portion that housed valued tools and equipment needed to run the day-to-day operations has been destroyed. The fire started while Jerry Hixon was using a power hand tool that exploded in his hand, causing severe burns, before spreading flames to the building.
