CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Adena Regional Medical Center’s nurse practitioner, Kelly Hill, is once again in the spotlight. Hill, who has recently been in the headlines following several allegations of sexual misconduct, is now facing a new wave of accusations.
On Sunday, authorities were dispatched to the Ross County Law Complex concerning another reported sexual assault allegedly perpetrated by Hill. The complainant, whose identity has been withheld, disclosed that the incident occurred during his medical appointment at the Adena Regional Medical Center’s Western Avenue campus earlier this year.
According to the investigative notes of Deputy Roderic Dutcher, the complainant claimed that he had been seeing Hill as his primary care physician when the incidents occurred. The complainant alleged that Hill had inappropriately touched him during a medical examination. This was not an isolated incident, as the complainant claimed that Hill had repeated this behavior in a subsequent appointment in April.
The alleged victim also reported that Hill made a disconcerting comment during the examination. “Make sure you don’t go to prison,” Hill reportedly told him.
These allegations are part of a mounting series of accusations against Hill, involving both adult patients and minors. A local elected official had previously made similar claims, accusing Hill of exploiting his medical practice to engage in sexual misconduct. Several young male patients have also come forward to report inappropriate conduct by Hill.
The investigation into these allegations is ongoing. The case has been forwarded to the investigations division for further scrutiny, and according to Lieutenant Angela Hollis, the State Nursing Board has also been notified of the situation.
Adena Regional Medical Center has not yet released a statement on the matter.
