Barbara’s winning ticket was purchased at Par Mar Store #168 in The Plains. The Billion scratch-off offers players a chance to win big with a top prize of $1,000,000 a year for 20 years.
After taxes, Barbara will receive a total of $7,200. The game still has three top prizes remaining as of February 14, 2024.
