John Otto Burns passed away on August 19, 2026. He was born on June 23, 1931 to the late John F. Burns and Grace McConnell. John served in the United States Army during the Korean War from 1951 – 1953. He was a graduate of Otterbein College and worked as an engineer at GM Fisher
