The driver told dispatch his car was submerged and he could not swim, but was later found walking on the roadway. The driver stated he had swerved to avoid a deer and went off the right side of the road into the water. The driver was evaluated by Union Township fire and EMS and refused treatment.

The caller reported that a male subject was threatening to burn the residence and the caller’s mother’s trailer. A female caller reported she was attacked by a dog and was transported by Union Township EMS. Deputies were advised that two large Great Pyrenees were at large in the area. The Ross County dog warden was contacted and arrived on scene to pick up the two dogs.
