At 10:04 p.m., Sergeant Riege and Deputy Speakman were dispatched to the area of Blain Highway and U.S. Route 23 in Waverly to relay with Pike County Sheriff’s Office for a subject with an arrest warrant. Custody was transferred, and the subject was taken to the Ross County Jail.
