HIGHLAND COUNTY, Ohio — A man was arrested Monday on a charge of using weapons while intoxicated after deputies responded to an open 911 line on State Route 124 that captured a verbal altercation between people who sounded intoxicated, according to the Highland County Sheriff’s Office.
Highland County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 911 call and conducted an investigation at the scene, the sheriff’s office said.

Phillip Rose was arrested on the weapons charge and transported to the Highland County Jail, according to the release.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
