
Clark L. Grabill, 80, of Laurelville, passed away Monday morning, August 24, 2026, at Logan Elm Care Center, Circleville. He was born on January 18, 1946, in Chillicothe, a son of the late Gerald H. and Naomi M Sommers Grabill.
He is survived by one daughter; Bonnie (Jeremy) Funiss of Hamilton, OH, one granddaughter; Reese Furniss and three grandsons; Truett, Braxton and Jentzen Furniss, two sisters; Gwen Harper of Frankfort and Pam Bowdle of Chillicothe and one brother; Jerry (Kathryn) Grabill of Frankfort. Clark was preceded in death by one son; Adam Grabill and one brother; Ronnie Grabill.
Clark was a 1964 graduate of Frankfort High School. He served in the United States Army Reserves as a cook. Clark retired 3 weeks ago from MHC Road Ready where he was a test driver with Kenworth Trucks. Since he retired, Clark talked about being able to do some farming, something he felt at home doing. Clark was a member of the Barrel Horse Racing Association, the International Barrel Racing and the Better Barrel Racers associations.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at the Ebright Funeral Home, Frankfort with David Schwartz officiating. Following the service, Clark will be laid to rest beside his son, Adam, in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Family and friends will visit on Monday evening from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
