Ralph Eugene Skaggs, 67, of Londonderry, passed at 5:46 p.m. Friday, August 28, 2026 in the Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.
He was born November 23, 1958, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to the late John and Armenta A. Borland Skaggs. On August 10, 1990, he married the former Melissa J. Jenkins who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Nicki; brothers, Jay (Lori) Skaggs and Jeff (Lisa) Skaggs; and several nieces and nephews.
Ralph retired from the Mead Corporation. He was a volunteer Firefighter and EMT for Colerain Township. Ralph was a member of U.P.I.U. Local 731.
A Celebration of his Life will be held at a later date. The place and time will be announced once they are known. Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
