WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE, Ohio — Authorities are searching for a Washington Court House couple who failed to arrive at relatives’ home as planned earlier this week, prompting a public appeal for information.
Max and Carolyn Forsythe did not arrive as expected to visit relatives on Monday, according to a post from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office. The Washington Court House Police Department is the primary agency investigating the couple’s disappearance.

The Forsythes are believed to be traveling in a 2008 white Ford Escape bearing Ohio registration GYL1683, the sheriff’s office said.
Anyone with information on the couple’s location, or who spots the vehicle, is asked to contact local law enforcement.
