  Collin Avery Fout, 24, of Frankfort, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at Adena Regional Medical Center, as the result of an automobile accident. He was born on Wednesday, June 12, 2002, in Chillicothe, a son of Aaron and Kimberly Mallow Fout of Frankfort, who survive.

  In addition to his parents, Collin is survived by three brothers; Seth (Megan) Fout of Frankfort, Jake Fout of Hilliard, Dewey Fout of Frankfort, maternal grandmother; Cheryl (Derek) Mallow, nephews; Lucas Fout and Grayson Fout, aunts and uncles; Erin (Tim) Lyons, Marc (Natalie) Mallow, Joan (Joe) Price, Jeff Fout, and numerous cousins. Collin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marvin Fout, and Rose (Charlie) Hummell.

  Collin graduated from Adena High School in the Class of 2020. He worked for Lightle Enterprises, Frankfort, and was a fan of the Cleveland Browns, Guardians, and Cavaliers. He loved all sports, going four wheeling, fishing, and collecting sports cards. Collin was a member of the Joseph Ellsworth White Post 483 Sons of the American Legion, Frankfort. Collin was kind and had a heart of gold. 

  Those who knew Collin will remember his infectious smile, his big personality, his ornery sense of humor, and the way he could make any gathering more fun simply by being there. He had a gift for bringing people together and making memories that will never be forgotten.

  Though Collin's time with us was far too short, the love he gave, the laughter he shared, and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of his family and friends forever.

  A funeral service for Collin will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, September 21, 2026, in the Ebright Funeral Home, Frankfort, with Mike Reisinger officiating. Cremation will follow the services. Friends and family are invited to visit with Collin's family at the funeral home on Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 4 to 7 p.m..
