Harley Desiree Shepherd, 31, of Portsmouth, passed away at her home, surrounded by her loving family, on Monday morning, September 28, 2026. She was born August 22, 1995, in Springfield, Ohio, to Ronald and Melody Shepherd.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Hobert Shepherd, and her grandmothers, Clara Shepherd and Mary Williams.
She loved to express her artistic talent through amazing drawings and baking cakes. She also enjoyed day camping and listening to music and had recently developed a love for paddleboarding.
She leaves to cherish her memory her parents, Ronald and Melody Shepherd; two sisters, Veronica Shepherd and Adaya Edwards; a brother, Manny Shepherd; nephews, Kody Shepherd, Kayden Shepherd, Kolton Shepherd, and Quinton Shepherd; along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
