NEW BOSTON, Ohio — Trick-or-treating in the village will run from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, the Village of New Boston said in a Facebook post.
The hours apply villagewide and fall on Halloween night itself, about a week after the village’s planned Oct. 24 Halloween Party at New Boston Stadium, which is set to include a costume contest, a haunted trail ride and a dance on the field.
New Boston is a Scioto County village of about 2,300 residents along the Ohio River and is almost entirely surrounded by the city of Portsmouth.
