Gloria Ann (Williams) Taylor, 86, of Piketon, Ohio, passed 8:00 a.m., Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the Pavilion at Piketon, Piketon, Ohio.

Gloria was born October 2, 1939, in Pike County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Jesse Ray Williams and Helen Kathleen (Duke) Williams. On September 7, 1957, she was united in marriage to James R. Taylor, who preceded her in death on November 22, 2015.

She is survived by two daughters, Tammy R. Williams, and Lori A. Taylor; nine grandchildren, Jeremy (Amy) Harris, Colton (Abby) Harris, Ashley Harris, Jake (Michelle) Williams, Sarah (Brian) Thornberry, Logan (Leo) Stratman, Levi Moore, Austin (Harley) Taylor, and Micah Olsan; fifteen great grandchildren, and two sisters, Janice Anderson, and Betty Fairchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her daughter, Elizabeth Ann “Beth” Harris; her son, Jamie Taylor; a granddaughter, Jessica Olsan; two sons-in-law, Harry E. Harris, and Jack Williams; and a daughter-in-law, Debbie Taylor.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at Boyer Funeral Home, Waverly, Ohio, with Pastor Rick Ratliff officiating. Burial will follow at Hilltop Cemetery, Williams Road, Piketon.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday, September 28, 2026, at the funeral home in Waverly.
