
William E. “Bill” Jarvis, 45 years old of Hillsboro, was a beloved son, father, and friend, passed away on October 3, 2026.
Born on December 10, 1980, in Dayton, OH., he was the son of the late Edward L. Jravis and Joy A. (Faber) Randall of Dayton. Bill was known for his vibrant spirit and profound love for the outdoors. He filled the lives of those around him with joy and adventure, always seeking the beauty of nature and sharing it with those he loved.
He is survived by his cherished son, Ayden Jarvis, who will carry forward his father’s legacy of kindness and passion for life. William’s fiancée, Tiffany Boyd, was a source of great joy and companionship in his life, and together they shared dreams and hopes for the future and his mother, Joy Randall. He also leaves behind a supportive extended family, including Kristen Faber Hoffman, Jacob T. Faber, Joshua T. Hoffman, Jamie T. Hoffman, Joani M. Faber Dakin, and Shawn F. Dakin, along with Shawn F. Dakin II and Faith M. Dakin, who will cherish their memories of him.
William was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jacob and Willieta Childress Faber, his father, Edward Jarvis and his uncles, Thomas J. Faber and Herb Jarvis, who shaped his early life and values.
Known for his big heart, William touched many lives with his warmth and generosity. His infectious laughter and love for life will be dearly missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
On behalf of Bill’s wishes he is to be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
