Kim R. Strausbaugh-Tackett, 66, of Chillicothe, passed at 5:22 a.m. Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at Hopewell Rehabilitation and Nursing following an extended illness.
She was born October 21, 2026, in Chillicothe, Ohio.
Surviving are her husband, Tracy Lane Tackett, of Chillicothe; children, Angel Strausbaugh, of Westerville, Tracy Lee Tackett, Amanda (Chris) Gardner and Ashley Tackett, all of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Bailey, Ethan, Alyssia, Lydia, Jax, Kendal, Bentley, Audi, Remington, Dillon, Kenlynn, Tracy Jr, Levi and Avery; great grandchildren, Pasleigh, Kayson and Dexter; sisters, Dreena Nordrum, of Little Rock, AR and Rahnel (Ernie Withrow) Strausbaugh, of Chillicothe; a brother, Tony (Amy) Strausbaugh, of Chillicothe; and several nieces and nephews.
In 2020, Kimmie retired from The Red Barn Screen Printing in Circleville where she had worked for 23 years. Kimmie enjoyed camping and fishing. But, more than anything, she loved to spend time with her grandchildren.
Family and friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, November 2, 2026. There will be no funeral service.
