CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — Trick-or-treating across the Pickaway Township Fire Department’s coverage area is set for 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, and crews plan to be out in the Jefferson and Logan Elm Village areas handing out glow necklaces to help keep young trick-or-treaters visible to drivers, the department said in a Facebook post.
The department urged families to wear something reflective, watch for traffic in roadways and driveways, and check candy before eating it.
