Peggy S. Buschur of HIllsboro Ohio, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on October 29, 2026 at the age of 68. Born on May 19, 1958 in Munich, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Lester Martin Schoonover and Esther Mae (Henderson) Barlow. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Brandy Southworth.

Peggy will forever be missed by her husband, Urban Buschur, her sons Terry (Christy) Schoonover of Hillsboro, Ohio and Mogan (Christin) Buschur of Jacksonville, Florida, her daughters Lori (Joshua) Morton of Greenfield, Ohio, Tammy (Richard) Nichols of Hillsboro, Ohio, and Denise (Justin) Harper of Lynchburg, Ohio. She also leaves behind her beloved sister, Lillian “Skeeter” (Bill) Campbell of New Market, Ohio along with 10 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

You never had to guess what Peggy was thinking as she was blunt and quick to “tell it like it is”. When her family found out how much she liked cow-patterned decor, her kitchen soon became overfilled with black and white cow everything. Her kitchen was also used to try new techniques and recipes inspired by the cooking shows she loved to watch. Trying new foods was also a highlight of the vacations she enjoyed in recent years with her family.

Services will be private for the family.
