Stephanie May Spray, 76, of Piketon, Ohio passed away Saturday, October 31, 2026 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. She was born March 10, 1950 in Santa Ana, California to the late Fred and Ruth Shivna Stephens. On June 19, 1971 she was united in marriage to David Spray who preceded her in death on March 25, 2016. Surviving are her children, Heather Emler of Piketon; Matthew (Logan) Spray of Waverly and Seth (Jennifer) Spray of Talladega, Alabama; grandchildren, Jacob (Briana) Emler of Branson, Missouri, Hannah Emler of Piketon, Braden Emler of Columbus, Aubrey and Rozlin Spray of Waverly, and Sophie and Jonah Spray of Talladega; and a sister, Nancy Wells of Hubert, North Carolina. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Jarrod Emler.
Stephanie was an active member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Waverly. She loved spending time volunteering and helping others learn about the Bible. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and loved them all very much.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Kingdom Hall in Waverly.
