ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A family who was tearing down an old mobile home caused a fire scare Tuesday evening.
It happened in the 1600 block of Hartwood Road in Ross County at around 7:30 p.m.
9-1-1 calls came into dispatch centers in the county that a house trailer was on fire. When crews arrived, they found that the owners were tearing down the trailer and were burning debris.
Firefighters worked to extinguish the illegal burn.
