WILMINGTON, Ohio — National Weather Services in Wilmington has issued a Flood Advisory for portions of Ross, Fayette, and Highland counties until 10:30 a.m.
Several rounds of morning storms have caused flooding in low-lying, and poor drainage areas said NWS.
Residents should be mindful of rising waters.
Motorists should never attempt to cross flooded roadways.
