COLUMBUS, Ohio — Two southern Ohio residents won big on scratch-off lottery tickets this week.  

According to the Ohio Lottery, Rebecca Stone has won a staggering $20,000 after playing the Ohio Lottery’s $10 Lucky scratch-off game. The delighted winner purchased her ticket at Flagway #11, located at 1129 Clinton Avenue in Washington Court House. 

Rebecca’s prize money will be approximately $14,400 after the deduction of federal and state tax withholdings. Her win comes at a time when there are 14 prizes of $20,000 remaining in Lucky, as of Feb. 17. She defied the odds of 1 in 333,333 to land the prize. 

In another part of Ohio, Roger Blackburn of Portsmouth is celebrating after claiming a $20,000 prize by playing the Ohio Lottery’s $10 Ohio Bonus Cash scratch-off. Roger bought his winning ticket at 1st Stop Rosemount Point #37, located at 3658 US 23 in Portsmouth.

After the deduction of federal and state tax withholdings, Roger will receive around $14,400 in prize money. As of Feb. 17, the Ohio Lottery still has 14 prizes of $20,000 remaining in Ohio Bonus Cash, along with other excellent prizes. Roger beat the odds of 1 in 85,714 to win. 

The Ohio Lottery’s scratch-off games remain popular, with players across the state hoping to beat the odds and land a substantial prize of their own.
